What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty on all manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing due to improper care.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
